Shoebox Appeal 2025

Each year our offices become a ‘Santa’s Grotto’ of activity as we collect Christmas shoeboxes for people in need in the local area. It’s a big operation and it takes a lot of volunteer elves! People can get involved by creating their own shoeboxes packed with treats and dropping them at the office ready for us to sort and deliver.

Each year we have a selection of CSR days where businesses can join us in the office to volunteer their time to become our ‘pick and pack elves’ this is always a very sort after time of year so please do speak to us early if you’d like to be involved. We also have a week of deliveries businesses can get involved in. Look out for the launch of the Shoebox appeal itself at the start of November.

Important Shoebox Appeal Dates:

• 3rd November- 1st December 2025- Shoeboxes can be donated to our office at Althorpe Street or our Charity Shop in Oxford Street. These should be wrapped but not sealed.
• 2nd December – 12th December 2025 – Pick and Pack days for businesses and organisations to get involved and spend the day organising, sorting and packing the boxes ready for delivery. If you are interested in this please be quick as they fill up fast. Please note we do ask for a donation from teams to run this.
• 15th December – 19th December 2025 – Delivery Days. All the shoeboxes will be delivered to recipients on these days.
